Please watch, like and share, share, share!!!! What a great podcast yesterday with Tino and Miguel!! They are brothers and they work together on the Aguirre Team at Realty of Chicago. They have great chemistry together and they both work really hard. Tino had a whole lot to share. It seemed like Tino felt really good to reflect on his story…almost like it was therapeutic for him to tell it. I think that made for some really smooth listening. I felt that way when I was listening during the podcast. Tino lets other people know that they too have what it takes to make a change in their lives and to change careers. He is living proof that if you want something……you want to make a change and you set your mind to it…….and you're willing to learn and work hard to do it, that that you can achieve it. Tino wasn't happy working at Jewel Osco. He knew that ultimately he wanted to make a change. He said that it is hard to leave a steady paycheck. I agree. But it is very rewarding to have your own business and to be in charge of your life and your livelihood. In order to leave a career, you have to operate without fear. You must suppress that emotion. We all have doubts, but you have to know that you have what it takes. You have to be confident in your abilities to work hard, to learn and grow. Tino definitely has all those things. Miguel is newer to the team. He got a lot of experience in his first year. He is learning from Tino, handling the deals and getting his own deals under contract too. It has been a great pleasure to work with Tino and Miguel over the course of the past few years!! Thank you to both Tino and Miguel for trusting in me, trusting my staff and referring their clients to me. Of course, some clients will have their own attorneys and they don't need my services, but I do appreciate whenever Tino and Miguel give out my name. I try my best to let them know that my staff and I appreciate their trust by our hard work and our good service. I thank them very much for stopping by the podcast and I can't wait to have them back on the podcast again sometime!! ENJOY!!
